IA 1966 Armrest Mounting Hardware

Looking for the mounting hardware that screws to the doors behind the interior steel door trim panels to allow for the armrests installations. Need the pairs for both doors. Not sure but maybe on '67s as well. Please pm me what you have. Sorry about the pics being sideways! Thanks, tim
