• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

***okay I would like to squash any rants before they get started. I tried with my last update. maybe I posted this in the wrong place, but I think not. Some have given the advise and help I was looking for, some have made legitimate offers like I was looking for. Others have given me nothing. I know what I got, working to set fair prices for both you guys and I. I never wanted to be that guy that posted something of interest and then disappeared, one reason I was a forum stalker for so long and not a contributor. I'm not that guy. The response for the early, original, short run hubcaps has been crazy. Consider them to have a legitimate, pending sale. The first PM I got for them came with the advise, a fair offer, and appreciation and respect for what my delimma was. Not wanting to waste them on my build, but wanting them to go to someone that needed them to complete and save the history of our vehicles. And a little more insight on my posting. The hubcaps were what started my delimma when I saw what another set had sold for, not necessarily because of value, but because it made me realize there are some people out there that are actually trying to save the history of our broncos. We all have a common interest and like/love for the early broncos, but most are Frankenstein builds. Next most interest has come on my original inserts. Had a few offers, but thankfully a few members have educated me on those as well. All I want to do is build my bronco. I happened to stubble across a rare, original roadster that only needed floor boards, inner fenders, rockers and door post. I just walked through my shop and took a few pictures and posted them. I'm telling you guys, a little surface rust, maybe some slight metal work with a body dolly set, parts are great shape. Like I said before, my delimma is gone to overwhelming. Thankfully a few members have been very helpful on valuation, or giving me resources to reach out to. I'm not trying to flip these parts, I'm not trying to rob anyone. Just trying to finally build my bronco and hopefully help preserve the early bronco history, which in turn should help make our frank'in broncos more valuable too. At this point I don't know what I want for anything. When I do prices will be posted. But let me say, if you have a need, make a real offer. My parts will be sold, but I promise it will be a win, win transaction.

*** Guys, bear with me I'm getting bombarded with PM's. Trying to get back to all of you with answers***

Quick background. Building my bronco. Found early 1966 roadster in a field. Owner lost title, cannot be found. Kick panel was rusted out, no vin. Frame was very scaly, cannot see stamped vin in any known locations. My bronco is going to be a buck'in frank'in bronco anyway. All body panels are in my opinion great condition, i could use them no problem. I just hate to see these rare original panels wasted on my frank'in bronco when I know people out there could use them for their restoration and preserve their original history. Here's what i got, except for got to take picture of hood which just needs some metal work on front lip. Parts are dusty as I just layed them out real quick to snap a few pictures.

Fenders
Eyebrow grill
Original roadster fiberglass inserts (need some fiber work)
Rear uncut quarters (tail light buckets good, needs inner fender wells)
Tailgate (needs bottom work)
Dash
Bulk head (bottom edge needs metal work)
Set of hubcaps (few dings and dents but very restorable)

Looking for advise and or offers.

Parts

I may be interested in the entire lot if its reasonable enough. I'm on the fence about restoring a 74 half cab. This may be the inspiration I need.
Thanks

Well done sir. The market is smoking hot on cut mods these days, but I’ve got a bet that untouched originals all surge in pricing in the future. It’s only original once.

I say part it out and help several others complete their Broncos, then take that money and buy and enjoy one that is not such a project right away.

Well if anyone else has some original inserts they'd be willing to sell in any condition, I'm looking.

Hello there Collie I liked your story on preserving the Bronco Heritage. I'm a strong believer in that, That's why I am interested in the quarter panels you have posted. I have a 66 Bronco that I am resorting and your panels are probably better than mine. That is why I would rather use original one's instead of after market one's. Better fit and quality and American and the first year they were made. So if no one else snagged them up send me a PM Thanks Buddy. 66-77 the Best ever made Happy 4 Wheeling.
