I have owned this bronco for 3 years and it has treated me very well. Let me know if you want more information or pictures.

Powertrain:
302 rebuilt in 2016 with 18k miles on it now. RV cam, Edelbrock intake and 650 carb., WH 3g alternator, JBA titanium ceramic coated headers w/ stage 8 locking bolts, Remflex gaskets, and plug insulators, 2.25 dual exhaust with flowmaster 40’s. New Champion aluminum radiator. Hi-torque starter, new solenoid, battery and cables.
3 speed transmission with LUK clutch and 11” flywheel, T-shift Dana 20, rear driveshaft rebuilt with new CV joint and U-joints, stock LS 4.11 gears, small bearing rear end w/ new bearings/seals, front outer seals, kingpins rebuilt.

Suspension/Steering/Brakes/Wheels/Tires
WH 2.5” lift, super shackles, extreme U-bolt and coil spring cups, Bilstein shocks, Grade 8 hardware, all bushings replaced. 1” body lift.
Manual steering
10” rear brakes fully rebuilt, WH front disc brake kit with new ceramic pads, warn hubs, steel braided lines front/rear, most lines are new excluding rear diff., WH power booster
New (<1000miles) 33x12.50 BFG KM2 tires on US Mags 15x8 wheels. I just put these on in December.

Interior:
TBP seats with seat heaters, WH center console, rebuilt heater w/ upgraded blower motor, voltmeter in cluster, individual electric wipers, pioneer media player w/ kicker 6.5” speakers in centrapod, Virga Customs cage, Raptor lined last week.

Exterior:
Sheet metal replaced last year: rear 1/4 panels, striker posts, rockers, kick panels, door posts, inner fender aprons, fenders, passenger rear floor pan, driver floor pan, all extra holes in floor filled in. Rear inner rockers patched, but need a little more work. New tailgate replaced last week w/ new cables and handle. WH warflares, SS lift off hinges, door felts, door seals (cut to fit better), LED taillights and WH LED headlights and harness, new front blinker assemblies. Repop bumpers. Hood shocks. I have photos of the sheet metal work, as well.

Issues:
There are small spots of rust I took pictures of (treated with POR15 for now). The grill is dented and where it bolts to the fenders is rusting. The rear main seal started dripping a week ago. The front driver axle leaked fluid when I filled it (may be cured with speedi sleeve). The front fenders need to be separated in the rear and fitted to the door curve. Hood brace is cut. Windshield laminate is pitted from grinder sparks.

There are a lot of other additional things I've done/ purchased for this Bronco. This is a description of the bigger ticket stuff.

The spot in the passenger rear well was wire wheeled and I attempted to weld the gap closed. It could be cleaned up more from the underside.

The spot on the driver side upper 1/4 panel is a crappy patch that I couldn't get at without removing that interior panel.

The passenger inner rocker patch needs to be finished, too. There are cleco/ sheet metal screw holes from the underside that need to be welded and ground. I came to the conclusion that doing this upside down and in tight spaces is pointless. I planned to do this stuff during a frame off build while having the body on a rotisserie.

Spot on top of passenger upper 1/4 where the lower 1/4 meets was thin. I wire wheeled it aggressively and the sheet metal remained, but when I welded the panels together I was burning through on the rear section in 4-5 plugs. I welded it continuously until it caught into thicker metal and ground it smooth. There are a couple very small pinholes in the plug welds.

'66 hardtop goes with it. Side panels are crusty in a few spots.
