• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

This is a 1966 Bronco with VIN U14FL768302 meaning it originally had a half top, but it is fitted with a correct '66 full top. I bought this from my neighbor after I sold my '75 thinking I would have time to work on it, but I don't. Shortly after I got it home, I cleaned the spark plugs, put a battery in it, hooked up a gas can with fresh fuel, and cranked it. It ran good the short time I ran it with no strange noises or smoke. The carb was leaking gas so I purchased a rebuild kit and changed all of the seals. I have not started the truck since doing this. I then began removing coolant hoses and the radiator to begin restoration since it ran so well. At this time, I removed both fuel tanks. I also began tackling the floor rust in the driver and passenger side. This is where I stopped with the truck. I didn't get a chance to drive the truck down the road so I can't attest to the 3 speed transmission, but was told by the previous owner that he parked it running and driving. The passenger side window is busted out and not present. One vacuum wiper motor is missing. I will include the spare tire carrier which I took off. The front passenger wheel was locked due to frozen brake shoes to the drum. The wheel is off on that side, but I will put that on for the new owner to load. There is rust in the bed at the rear by the tailgate. The tailgate also has rust. The front and rear chrome bumpers are decent, but need a good polishing. The hardtop is in decent shape and is a correct '66 with the separate lock and handle. The original AM radio is there. I took off both door panels to repaint them and they will be included in the sale. Finally, the truck was originally Turquoise, then repainted Blue at some point which is flaking off. I believe this truck is worthy of restoration or would be a great parts truck. I have honestly described this Bronco, but if there is something you want to know about, shoot me a PM and I'll get the answer or send more pictures. Again, the truck runs, but is not running now due to starting restoration. Also, I have a clear MS title in my name for it. I can help load on your trailer when you come pick it up.
