• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

Hello-

Looking for a 68' mechanical vacuum fuel pump that is in working condition. Would prefer NOS/OEM part, but willing to purchase used if in good and working condition. Please PM me if you have a pump you are willing to sell.

Thanks,

Chris

That's a 6-cyl fuel pump which are easy to find. He doesn't say if he needs a 6-cyl or V8 version. The V8 ones are nonexistant new.

Yes, to be clear, I am looking for an 8 cylinder vacuum pump. NAPA, O'Reilly's and others say they have them, but after checking in person at NAPA they no longer carry the 8 cylinder version. As stated above, the 6 cylinder is easy to come by, but clearly won't work with 289/302- more power to all those straight six owners out there.

Carter M4251 and Bosch 68405 seem to have been available replacements at one time, but are no longer available either.
