MN 1969 Bronco (not mine)

I am looking into buying my first classic bronco, I probably won't have the money for it until summer but I can always dream and search now.
Anyway saw this on craigslist and followed the link to their website, just wondering what the pros on here think of it?

Welcome to the site.. Me personally I wouldn't buy an EB from a dealer, they'll jack the price up on ya way too much

My advie is be very patient, keep browsing this site, Craigs List, ebay.. if you find one not close by, have someone on here that's in the area stop by to check it out for you.
