1969 Bronco

Hi all,
I am working on getting my bronco restored frame off in phases. What is the best way to store the bronco I have a 2 car garage so space is limited. Should I have it restored enough so it a roller? What is the best way to approach this? Thank you for your time

If you live in a colder area, and the bronco runs and drives? I like to work on projects in stages, doing projects that will take it off of the road for awhile over the winter.
