• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

Yeah, just a few minutes ago (before I got on CB.com) I had an email "alert" saying there was a Bronco on my local Lexington, Ky Craigslist. It was this one!

Good call. Looked and read too good for the price being asked. Thanks.

Beware!! It's not worth 26! It's a Socks&Sandals Special from Scottsboro, AL! JGBronco can add more info.

fordfan is right. Dennis Burton is the seller, known as Socks N Sandals on here.

I’ve known this Bronco my entire life and grew up riding in it. DB bought it last October and I’ve been sick over it since.

This Bronco actually does have some goodies. 4.56 gears, locker, front disks, power steering, and a 5.0 roller. It underwent a body off in the early 2000’s. DB repainted it in a similar/same color the previous owner had it in. As far as the body, that’s a different story. It had began to rust again in the lower quarters, it has been rolled at least once in the past. It was a dedicated hunting rig and lived the life of it.

It’s only registered as a “69”. The body and frame are likely non matching as this Bronco was pieced together many years ago from who knows how many others.

This is all I’m at liberty to say.

Wow, this has been going on for nearly a decade? Leave it to a noob like me to walk into it head first:

Reported it to Craigslist, not that it would help any. Made me feel better tho.
