• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

it's not my fault you came and went without a bronco. I have put the feelers out around my group of friends(mustang lovers) so that might become a possibility. But if you want the rolling chassis to have the tranny, tcase, power steering gear etc. then its probably going to be around 3500.

Jeff

Jeff,
I have always wanted a ture half cab to restore & the motor/trans combo would fit right in with my Unimog axled Bronco rock crawler that I am building. I will PM you with my phone #.
Thanks
Jim

This is not an original half cab or u14... it is an original u15. The half cab and bulk head have been added as aftermarket items.

Jeff

Jeff,
Thanks for calling me back. Looks like you may have a deal on your Bronco. I have made a pending deal to buy anther Bronco so I am no longer a player on yours.
Again thanks for your time & good luck.

I've cleaned up this thread per the original poster's request. Please only post if you're interested in buying. Misc chatter or opinions on valuation aren't needed unless the seller specifically asks for them.

Thanks!

I am in Columbia at least once a week for work and looked at this Bronco last thursday for my father. He looked at it sunday and decided to pass, not because of any one thing wrong with the truck but mostly due to him already owning 3 Bronco projects (more if you count parts trucks). I am quite suprised this Bronco is still for sale. I looked at it with the intent that it would be a donor vehicle for our '74 Sport. I've helped with the purchase of at least 30 Broncos over the last 13 years and have looked at so many I've lost count. I figured this would be a typical midwestern rustbucket and it is not. The replacement floorboards and DIY bedliner are negatives, but most of the rest (tub, tailgate, doors) is solid. Jeff has it advertised as a project, and it is (lots of details needing to be addressed), but it is definitely a great start. Motor, trans, lift, wheels/tires, gas tank, ps, pb, and 1/2 cab caught my attention. I should also ad that I got to take a ride and was laughing the whole time. This Bronco hauls! There have been so many negative comments regarding this ad that I thought I would give a brief take as I actually looked at it in person.
Jeff, thanks again for taking the time to show me your Bronco and good luck on the sale.

I would just like to know how much it is. I don't want to bid or I would have when it was on ebay the first time. Maybe it's just me but I also get confused when an ebay reserve is set for a lower amount than what you're asking here. Do you have a specific purchase price? Thanks

I want 7000 for it, but the reserve on ebay is set lower than that.

If it doesn't sell on ebay this time, then I will just start parting it out. I also have the motor by itself for sale on craigslist.

I would suggest bidding for it if you want the bronco. If you want it for lower than 7 and don't want to worry about other people snatching it up for more, then get a flat bed and some cash and make me an offer.

If you part it I'd like the body, power steering and power brake components.

Thanks.

If anyone is interested in the rolling chassis including the transmission, tcase, but not including the stereo or HID lighting... please let me know. I would be willing to pull the engine if the offer was right.

Jeff
