• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

I really wanted that one bad. PM ‘ed him on original sale twice but someone in front of me. I even tried contacting guy selling it now at 16.5 but he does not respond. He did a nice job of covering up the floors with original looking floor cover. Would have made a really nice addition to the collection.

for an extra $5000 youd think he'd take the time to put fresh gas in it at least?

1972 Ford Bronco

$16,500

37205

1972 Sport Explorer. First and only year for this combo of trim packages. This is the nicest original interior for this model that I’ve come across.

The factory color is Candy Apple Red. 302, 3 speed. She is very solid. Doors have no sag. Misc minor rust, dings and dents.

One repaint years ago, but the door jambs, under the hood and interior is original paint. My plan was to paint the exterior only in a matte Candy Apple Red.

Uncut body, uncut dash, rare trim package in a great color. Runs and drives. Needs a tune-up, has stale gas. Also needs shocks, windshield is cracked. Comes with an extra set of factory steel wheels. Sold with clear title. I have more pics. No trades. If your reading this, it is available.

I am not on facebook . Had daughter contact him. No reply. Good luck. Wish I could have got this thing on the first go round. Oh well . At least he stitched up and cleaned the seats. Along with a lot of dash touch up paint.

"My plan was..." That didn't last long. This Bronco deserved, and still deserves, to belong to a member that would properly restore it and respect it's uniqueness. But the lure of the almighty buck trumps giving a shit, I guess. I wanted it too, but was 4th in line.

I passed on it, there is a good bit of damage on the body.. Maybe swiped on the driver's side. At original price was a fair deal just not nice enough for what I wanted. The seller is loved here...so expect threatening PMs....

I was really late noticing it because I’m generally not watching the parts section.

Too bad it had to go all the way to TN. Could’ve stayed in Tx. Not on FB either, maybe someone can PM me the current sellers contact info?

Only plan he had was to make money.
I had a buddy miss out on a second generation Bronco. He was second in line. The first guy put it straight on eBay and doubled his money.

In defence of the latest seller, he is a great guy and I have done business with him and consider him a good friend. I don't understand people on here complaining when someone flips a bronco for profit. Get real guys...Both parties need to do their homework. If I see one that I know is selling less than it should I would jump on it to to flip. This guy doesn't have to ask his wife, dog or preacher if he can buy it. So if you guys want to buy a good deal then you better have the funds and means of buying it on the spot unseen. Even then, be prepare to be screwed.

I understand your point, but like a mentioned in my previous point it doesn't take more than a day and less the $200 to go through the fuel systems on these trucks. Baja's comment on the stale gas got me rolling. C'mon man lol...I will give him credit at least he didn't recycle the OP pictures.

What everyone doesn't know is Chris put about $3000 in parts not including his labor, before selling it.
Chris is just like you selling your bronco Items. He flips broncos and other vehicles to help support his passion of collecting cars ...He has a great collection of Broncos and Porsches. If you are ever in Nashville area be sure to look him up he would be glad to show his collection.

I visited his shop a few years ago when I was in the area for business. Neat guy and nice collection of goodies - it was finally nice to meet him after seeing all his stuff for sale on here for years.

bchesley did a good job of advertising this Bronco. Excellent photos, sufficient narrative and at a reasonable price that a newcomer to the Bronco hobby could afford to get into a solid Bronco. I commend you bchesley.
