1973 Bronco Radio Display stuck on

I just got 1973 Ford Bronco and couldn’t be more pleased. It was shipped to me 2 weeks ago and one of the tires had a leaky tire stem which had to be replaced. To do so they took the tire off and replaced it. On my way home I realized that the radio display was on but no noise was coming out of the speakers. When I got home and turned off the engine, the radio display is still on. I am worried it will drain the battery. Any suggestions on where to troubleshot or fix this problem.
Many thanks!

Not to be a smart ass but is there a power button to turn the radio off?
At least if you do that it won't run your battery down while you troubleshoot your radio wiring.

Got a make and model number of your stereo? Pics are always nice!
