About 3 years ago my brother told me he heard about a super low mile Bronco in the Kansas City area. After numerous attempts at contacting the owner to see the Bronco we just assumed this was a made up fantasy truck. In March of this year Rick Hunter from Hot Rod Express in Blue Springs Missouri was finally able to go look at the Bronco. Rick reported back that he believed the miles were accurate, the owner was interested in selling and I should come out to take a look at it. To make a pretty long story short, I bought the Bronco and after a few months shipped it to Northern California.
I asked Andrew Norton to join me and we flew out to Kansas City. Andrew prepared a full report for me. Keep in mind there is a lot of information and I don't want to write a book here so I'll quote from portions of his report for now.
" I first looked at this Bronco in April of 2019 in the Kansas City area with Andy and Bill Pecota. Andy
asked me to join him to inspect this Bronco for possible purchase. We all went with the attitude that a
1973 Bronco with this low of mileage simply didn’t exist. This report will show that without a doubt I
believe that the mileage is accurate."
The Back Story
" The original owner was a car buff and had purchased the Bronco to keep and
use. After owning it only a couple of months he had health issues with his
lungs which required they move to a dryer climate. They moved and kept the
Bronco and their classic Lincoln in the family's old service station, which was
where he had kept his cars and tools. The plan was to come back and get the
cars and move them to the southwest where they lived. Time passed and that
never happened. Eventually the service station was purchased from the
family by the state for road development and the cars were moved to the
owner’s daughter's house for approximately 10 years. The Bronco was stored at
this time with the front of the truck exposed to the elements. In the early
1980’s the sister acquired another property to rent and moved the Bronco to
that house's detached carport where it sat rear exposed until 2006,
unmoved. In 2006 the current caretaker moved the truck inside his warehouse
where the Bronco remained until purchased by Andy Pecota in April 2019."

I'll be adding more information and pictures to this thread as time allows. I've really gone back and forth on how to introduce this Bronco to everyone. What a better place to do it than here?
Thanks
Andy
