• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

I bought this bronco almost a year ago from a member on this site. Of the many broncos I have had, this is by far the most drivable and comfortable bronco I have ever owned. Legitimate daily driver. I have driven from Colfax to Tahoe on I-80 at 70 mph in the middle of summer, no problems what so ever. I have driven to work and back 80 miles a day in 100 degree weather, no problems, except excessive sweating.

I listed on eBay and unfortunately sold to a deadbeat bidder. I am offering it at 29.5k. I am open to trades but would like to get some cash out of the deal. I have a clean CA title in my name in hand.

The modifications I have made since owned:

Dave Virga custom roll cage. Very nice lines, fits tight to the custom dash. There was a hole cut by previous owner to mount a custom gas tank behind the front seats. Dave replaced the whole rear floor with all new panels. I have pictures of the work in progress. No rust found and there is no rust in body.

New premium rear seat from Tom’s bronco parts, with 3 point seat belts mounted to roll cage.

Modified front bumper and install new Warn Zeon winch

Custom made Aero 23 gallon tank to except the GM style fuel pump with built in skid plate. Mounted the tank as high as possible to get it up and out of the way.

2 brand new Yellow top optima batteries

New Rampage Soft top

Specs on the Bronco:

1996 Ford Explorer 302 with FI tech fuel injection
NV3350 5 speed
Dana 20 with twin stick
Dana 44 and Ford 9 inch both locked with 4.88 gears
Front end has extended radius arms
4 wheel disc brakes
F150 power steering box
5.5 inch suspension lift, 3 inch body
37 inch BFG Mud terrains
Front sway bar
Dual battery setup
Custom dash out of a Ford 300 with Autometer gauges
Lift off door hinges and vent window deleted glass
Corbeau heated Baja front suspension seats
Bluetooth stereo

This bronco was well built when I bought and I cannot take any credit for the build, besides the minor changes I have made to accommodate my family. I have driven as bought and enjoyed it thoroughly. I have binders of receipts and diagrams of wiring from the previous owner, plus all documents and receipt since I have owned it. I have a clean CA title in my name in hand.

I saw this rig last year when buying some parts and I suspected that the previous owner must have been an aerospace engineer based on the intricate custom work done. You won’t be disappointed and well ahead of spending buying a rig this built! Good luck on the sale and happy trails to the future owner.

Nice looking rig!

A little too much lift for my tastes, but still a nice rig!

The economy is tanking daily with all the layoffs. Hang on to it for a while if you can so you don't have to give it away. Hope you can. Nice one
