1976 Ford Bronco
302, V-8 engine (1971 block)
3 speed (column shift) manual transmission
Dana 44 front (disc brakes)
Ford 9” rear
Edelbrock intake
Holley carburetor
Headers
Fiberglass half-cab
Newer Buckshot P78-15 mud tires on black steel wheels
Suspension lift (unknown height/brand)
What I have done, in the past few months:
-new windshield
-new windshield gasket
-replaced door hinges
-new stainless radiator mounts
-new flex fan
-new fan shroud
-new battery
-new right side headlight
-new clear turn signal assemblies
-new dual exhaust
-new starter solenoid
-new “high-torque” mini starter
-new brake and clutch pedal pads
-new air filter
-new battery
-new plug wires
-new radiator overflow bottle
-new glove box door latch
-new igntion switch bezel
What it needs:
-gauges, the ones in the truck do not work (another gauge cluster included in sale)
-new turn signals need to be wired in
-needs seat belts
This is a good running, fun to drive Bronco. Not a “show queen”, but a good solid, Bronco with a ton of potential. Body is a 1968, most everything else is from a 1976, and titled as a 1976. I picked it up a few months ago, to help a friend out, and decided to tinker on it for a while. Bronco doesn’t smoke, knock, etc. Runs good and I wouldn’t be afraid to drive it anywhere.
