I have a option to pick up a fairly low mile (105k) Mountaineer 5.0.

Of course it has the EGR in the intake manifold with GT40P heads.

I already have the Fitech/Intake manifold, Sherman EFI Tank and all the goodies to make my lines that I was going to do with the factory 302. I think I would just need correct headers/exhaust, and radiator (for reverse flow water pump)to drop it in correct?

Anything else I should know before I pull the trigger? My factory 302 runs nice but for the price I can get this engine for it would be dumb not to get the added benefits of a 5.0.

EGR supply in the intake is the GT40 heads
EGR supply in the exhaust manifold is the GTP heads
'97 could be either way.
