Anyone have recommendations for a 2” body lift? Pros and cons of poly vs anodized aluminum?

Thank you and have a great Labor Day

Good question. I just pulled the trigger on the WH aluminum 2” body lift kit. Had a hard time trusting poly to last as long as aluminum. Was looking at the JD kit also but it was 50% more. No idea why, other than inclusion of clutch rod extension which I didn’t need.

The only negative for the aluminum that I can think of, is price. They cost more...
The vibration thing should be unnoticeable due to the existing cushion/insulator/mount that fits underneath it. So there is still an insulator, either rubber or polyurethane, even when using an aluminum body lift.

Lots of reasons these days. Both modern, and old.

Installing a GEN3 Coyote and a 10r80 trans, 3.5" WH lift under a new uncut tub with 35"s
Has anyone tried to lower the coyote motor?
clearance whatever it needs to keep low center of gravity.

My reasons were transmission too but also for an Atlas t/c. Coupling with a 2.5” suspension lift to run 35s.

Badass bronco does a 1.5" body lift for their broncos and coyote swaps, and they are using my 1" bumperlifts, which are technically 1.33" in the front. Looks about perfect with stock bumpers.

I put in 2" poly in 2005 and they have heald up well. I did 2” to get a 23 gallon tank and ground clearance. Also helped with EFI, Explorer PS. I didn't think I wanted a body lift until the tank, now I don't know how I lived without it.
