2021 F150 Coyote Swap

In a bind and need help. My Bronco has been in the shop for over a year to do a swap with a F-150 2021 Coyote engine, a digital shift 10R80 trans and the ford 4x4 transfer case. After a year the shop tells me today, they cannot get a control pack that will work with this configuration even though it is fully installed. They said it is being worked on but have no faith it will hit the market in the next year and I need to change to a different mustang Coyote motor and non-digital transmission. Please tell me someone has figured this out? What is the simplest path to get this running? Anyone help is greatly appreciated.
