Now I'm PISSED !!!!
After being pushed into 22, I was told by my dealer that Ford was not making the 2.7 liters yet, only the 2.3. I just came across a 22 Wildtrac Sasquatch online FORESALE which is what I ordered 17 months ago.

Your dealer isn't being honest or is clueless....

Seems like if you missed the reservation to get a 2021, you can easily find them at dealerships as still a new model or already preowned. However, some have a hefty price attached to them.

They are lying to you. I placed my order 10/13/22, 2.7 Wildtrak 2 Door loaded it was built last Wed and being shipped.

Unfortunately, for me, dealers rank up there with the same feeling people have for lawyers. I don't think most dealers know half of what they are talking about. Approximately, 4-5 years ago, I like to take my '73 Bronco to a Ford dealership for standard oil change, tire rotation, etc. I do it mostly for the techs to get a kick at seeing a classic Ford come through. Anyways, as I waited, I walked around the dealership and a couple of dealers approached me and we started talking about the new bronco that hadn't been revealed yet. Suddenly, the older of the dealers whips out his cell phone and continues to slow me "leaked" photos of the new Bronco. He showed me renderings that we all have been seeing for years. He specifically said, "it hearkens back to the full size model. It looks bad-ass". I didn't have the heart to put him in his place or tell him he was wrong, but these guys know very little.

After reading all this, I guess I got lucky. I put my order in for a 22 on 1/14/22 for a Black Diamond 4 door in green, got my VIN on 1/22/22 with scheduled production during the week of 2/14/22

I bought a 2022 Wildtrak Sasquatch in Alabama last week. I will be headed there Friday morning to pick it up. I still have my order in for mine, and will probably sell it when/if it ever comes in.
I plan to be at my dealer Saturday AM to show them what one looks like

I did flip my original order to a Raptor yesterday. I'll sell the Wildtrak if/when the Raptor comes out.

I know one thing that Ford did to keep the nostalgic feel of the Early Bronco. I have to lean over to see the red lights just like I do in my 73. When it get warms I will just look over the top of the windshield.

i got my 2 door first edition in november. it was supposed to here in august, but i got stuck in the middle of the top dilemma where even though it was done they wouldn't freaking send it until they fixed the issue. having said that, i love it so much its awesome. also yesterday i just ordered my other reservation i made in september of 2020, so ill be interested to see how long that takes. and the raptor is getting ordered on the 9th i think or whenever the bank opens.
