Looks like a basic low deck (289/302) Windsor with later (5.0) valve covers. A 351W has a wider intake and the head and intake mounting surfaces are farther from the distributor mount.
351C has different shaped heads and valve covers. The exhaust ports extend farther out. The thermostat is on the timing cover that is cast as part of the block. The Windsor has the thermostat on the intake. The 351M/400 block is a taller deck Cleveland. The heads and intake face are above the distributor mount the same way the 351W is taller than a 302.
Here is a 302, notice the corner of the head is right at the distributor.
On the 351W the distance to the intake and head is greater, and more space to the thermostat mount.
On the 351C heads the exhaust ports extend beyond the valve cover face with the head bolts on top of the ports. The water outlet is on the block instead of the intake. 351C heads can be put on a Windsor block if an aftermarket intake is used, so look for both.
