I an having my 68 block converted into a roller and a 347. I found a stock pan with a threaded dipstick. Any advice on what oil pump will fit with this setup? I see a Mildon that will work with anything but try to stay with the stock pan. Also, thinking dipstick in timing cover wont work on rear sump but could be wrong?

Thanks
John

Regular oil pump from Milodon or other manufacturers will fit.
The high volume needs some clearancing on the bottom to fit in the front sump. You have to shorten the front sump drain plug too,
