351W Standard Trans Flywheel weight?

I'm changing out my standard and going auto, I'm going to need the new flywheel, what weight is the old standard fly wheel???

Do I need to consider the harmonic balancer also in this swap??

the actual weight is 30lbs you dont have to change the balancer but the flywheel needs to match the engine balance which I believe is 28 in oz for all 351W's

Yeah all 351W's are 28 oz flywheel or flexplate
