35x14.50x15 Tire options

I am thinking I would like to get a different set of tires for my bronco sometime in the next year or so. I currently have 33x12.5x15 Boggers, they are awesome looking and do handle surprisingly good and are smoother than I had thought they would be. My trouble is the noise on long trips, I don't want to give up all capability offroad but do not need the noise of a super swamper. I would like to upsize to 35x14.5x15 but I haven't seen too many options that are not super swampers. Anyone have any recommendations??

I believe pitbull makes a rocker in that size and toyo makes an open country in 13.5 width. Prolly a few more options out there too, but those of us running 15in wheels have fewer and fewer options.

Also, dont know where in Pa you are, but shipping tires can be really expensive...the Jeep parts place Quadratec has a couple of warehouses, and if they have what you want they allow you to pick up parts and save shipping.

I have the toyo m/t 35-13.5. Love then. Big stance, good street drivability and aggressive off road.

I have 35x15.50x15 Tsl SX's and they have done very well and lasted a many years. So well that I am having a tough time replacing them with something else.

Thorn birds come in that size. Pricey though.

MTZ Mickey's come in metric 16" sizes that can come in extra wide sizes.

Thanks guys, Those are some good options. I think I like the look of the pitbull rockers best but the mtz would probably be better on the road. I think any tire this size will be pricey. Im not sure if I can clear LT375/65R16 or the equivalent size of 36x15.5x16 I only have a 3 1/2 inch suspension and a 1 inch body lift but I do have all wheelwells cut and have wild horses silverback flares.

Issue #49. Blue Agave has them. Don't know how much lift he had. My issue is still in plastic. They look bitchin' that wide.

I don't know many 35x14.50 choices other than the boggers I run, but it sounds like others here have you covered. I checked out your garage on here, very nice clean rig! Excellent job, and I would just stick with boggers. Who cares about tire noise when you just got 100 points on cool factor.

Thanks, I didn't know boggers added an automatic 100 points on the cool factor ;D I do agree. I will be keeping the boggers for a wile, im in the middle of an explorer efi upgrade so my funds are all tied up for a wile. Honestly the road noise wasn't bad till I put on the hard top. Once I put the top on it turned into a totally different vehicle.

The nitto mud grapplers drive great actually and have worn good on the Bronco Isaw them on. They are load C in those sizes which is good for our 4,000lb Broncos. I have seen them cupped bad, but that was on f250's which weigh 9000lbs and I feel sure they were not rotated.

I remember reading an article in either Petersen's 4wheel or 4wheeler on tire tests, and they commented on the Nitto Mud grappler. They said "someone made a round bogger." This may be a good option to check out, as you will have the good off road performance, and better street manners than a bogger. I looked at national tire and wheel, and they sell 35x14.50 mud grapplers. Plus you get about 91.5 points with mud grapplers on the coolness scale.
