4.5" Lift, 2" Body lift, F-250 Towers - what front shock length?

I will take actual measurements on my Bronco before ordering the shocks, but wanted to see what consensus is for front shock length with the following setup: 4.5" BCB Winch Coils (closer to 5" since I don't have a winch yet), 2" Body Lift, F-250 Shock Mounts.

I'm planning to get Rancho 9000s for their tunability. I'm hoping I can firm them up on-road for better handling and less body roll. Then soften them up for trail riding and rock crawling, etc. (Don't think my current front shocks works for sh!t, so almost anything that provides some actual dampening and control should be better.)

Thoughts and experience appreciated. Thanks!

Measure the distance from the lower shock mount and upper mount.

I went to a 4wheel parts store and they can open the book, look at what type of connections for both ends, and then find a shock that will fit your rig best. I also went with the Ranch 9000's. I can look at mine, but it all depends on how high your shock towers are and I have a 1" body and 5 1/2" lift.
