From 1998 Mark VIII. Same as 96-98 Cobra, but COP rather than coil pack. This was a warranty engine that was rebuilt with a new bottom end. 19,000 miles, the engine had a fuel injector stick, causing a hydrolock. The heads and upper end were re-used, as they were all fine, but the pistons, rods, and all bearings were replaced. Engine was rebuilt by Ford in Dearborn (FoMoCo, not a dealer), which is where I purchased it. Purchased probably 15 years ago for one project, thought about my Bronco, but I can't bring myself to at this point. I'm losing my storage, and I need to make room. Happy to ship via freight, I have access to a loading dock. Will ship from Alcoa, TN. Or can pick up locally in Friendsville, TN (very close to Kincer Chassis, FWIW). I don't know what it will cost to ship, I would guess $250 or so, but that may just be to a terminal. Will be happy to arrange shipping from a different terminal near Alcoa or Knoxville if you wish to arrange shipping. I know that everyone wants to put in a Coyote, but this is only an OBD-II engine, much simpler, and much cheaper, adn still pretty cool. Apologies admins if this is best in the non-Bronco stuff, but I thought if someone were looking for a swap. Sorry I can't see how to post picture?
