A Buddy of mine just sent me a photo of my Bronco he took 40 years ago! It was taken at the Cinders in Flagstaff, AZ. about 1979-1980 (about 2 years after I bought it and painted it and did engine swap, etc.). The good news is that we are all still Running! ;D

Fantastic! Love to see the old pics from longtime owners. I sure love to run at the Cinders too. The ACB Stampede was there from 1995-~2001 and I always loved running those hills. You could really work your suspension without beating it up and it wasn't as easy to get stuck as the sand dunes.

I really enjoy then and now photos. My high school buddy just sent me some pictures he took of my 70 Boss 302 back in 1980. I still have the car and plan to take a picture of the same pose he took back then.

love those pics! What kind of hood is that and did you custom make that scoop?

The Hood is a stock steel one, late 66, 2 cross braces. The hood scoop is just an ABS material, add on scoop attached with pop rivets. The Scoop was a "Pro Stock" style from the late 70's - early 80's.

Very cool! It's obvious you like the Bronco - it hasn't changed a bit.

Amazing! 40 years and very little change! In the 17 years I've owned my trail rig it's been 4 different colors, 3 different tire sizes, 3 different tops, 3 different hoods/scoops, and 4 different sets of wheels!
