Obviously I've been MIA for several months with my build...posting a bunch now....

I think I have what could be a working exhaust but without the body on, I'm not sure. 4 cats, 4 O2 sensors, Walker quiet flow SS muffler, mostly stainless 1.125. Factory style manifolds.

If the layout works, I'll take it to an muffler shop to do it up right with welds. Most concerned with the first upper cat.

Need thoughts

You may notice a Miller Lite in all the pics. Was not intentional ;)

I would rotate rear o2 location. I would verify your front cat on frame has enough room between frame and body, it doesn't look like it. That front cat needs an insulator it will be blazing hot.

Is that the aluminum explorer oil pan I see in one photo? Does that work with this swap and the front axle when pushed up? May want to check that...

It is, and from what I can tell the front diff will not come close to it.

The rear cats are installed backwards. The O2 goes before the secondary cat. Rear O2 goes between front and rear cat.
I don't think you have floorboard clearance on the passenger side.
To check the oil pan clearance (as well as tire to body when you get to that) just take the front coils out and jack the axle hard into the bump stops.

I like to take the bumps out and go metal to metal. Hit a bump hard enough, particularly a urethane bumps-stop, and you will blow it off the frame.

I count on it squishing to zero. Then when it does fail I don't damage something because my guess for how far it will squish was wrong.

And sometimes stuff happens. Full bump tot the frame and still managed to break the oil pan.

I try really hard to never run an aluminum oil pan. Happened twice. Been swapping to steel since.
