NC '67 3 speed, d20

I've got the original 3 speed out of my 67 bronco, with the T-shift D20 for sale. The transmission was rebuilt about 10 years ago, and has been sitting for the last 8. does it fit V8 or 6 cal

It came from behind a v8, but I'm pretty sure the bellhousing pattern is the same for the 6
