I bought a 69 out of a field sat for 20 years. had 3 different size tires on it. Got it home and took it apart. I already added 1" body lift and was planning on a 3.5" lift. If I go with 35" tires How tall with the bronco be from the ground to the top of the steel roof. Worried about not being able to get in the garage door. My door opening measure 6'-8" tall. If so somebody could go down in their garage and pull a tape measure would should be appreciated.

Thank you

Im looking at a '75 this weekend that is on 38.5" Swampers with more than enough lift to clear them and the owner said its 84" to the roof. So an EB with 4.5" of lift on 35's should be well under your 80" door I'd think

I have a 3.5 lift and 31x10.50's and am 6'4.5" to the roof with worn out bushings.

Ok so it looks like 33's would put me at 6'6.5" and

35's would put me at 6'7.5" right at the door.

Thank you that helps.

I have 3.5" & 1" body lift running 35" tires and a soft top no issues getting in my garage door.

I also have a 3.5" 3" body lift 37" tired bronco its need aired down to fit and the occasional slam on the brakes to squat it under the door ribs.

35" tires don't measure 35"

I'm with ransil. 3 1/2 SL plus 1 BL and I have no problem getting in a standard garage door. You should be OK.

running a new 3.5 susp lift, with new bushings, and a 1" body lift, on 325/75/17 tires- a true 35x13.50x17 tire and it drives into my garage no issues. just barely over 6' 10" so an easy 1 1/2" clearance
