Some more shots after doors have been cut and polished. Also got the new stainless hinges on. This will be some of the only "chrome" (even though its not technically :p) on the whole Bronco. Might go with some chrome headlight rings but not sure yet!

Nice job. Who's hinges are those,were they a PITA to align? Everyone seam to complain about the aftermarket hinges.

I got the hinges from TBP but it turns out they are a Scott Drake part. As for alignment, it involved literally tugging on the door and pretty much bending the door pillar so that the doors hang right. (All of this is done BEFORE painting!) I used masking tape to cover them from getting scratched and within 20-30 minutes of pulling, pushing, banging, the doors were aligned how I wanted.

I think that its not really the hinges that made alignment so hard but more the fact that I had to buy new door pillars and that they were probably welded in just a little bit off.
