After 7 years of build-up...it's time to part with my project...I've got a lot of time and money invested. Here's where it stands now:
Engine/Fuel/Exhaust
Fuel injected 5.0 from a 90 Mustang
Ford Explorer serpentine setup w/clutch fan
RJM fuel injection wiring harness, Centech wiring harness
BC Broncos 23 gallon fuel tank w/skid plate
BC Broncos fuel lines and accumulator
Stock type radiator w/aluminum fan shroud and BC Broncos cross-over tube
Stock exhaust manifolds w/custom 2 into 1 exhaust
Transmission/Transfer Case
C4 Auto tranny rebuilt w/shift kit in 2006, Hurst shifter
Dana 20 w/JB Custom Fab twin stick shifter and billet shifter knobs
Suspension
3.5” suspension lift and 2” body lift
James duff 3.5” coils and shock hoops
Wildhorses 11 leaf rear springs
Rancho 5000’s, 1 ea corner
Tires/Wheels
5x 35x12.5x15 BFG MT KM2 (less than 1k miles on them)
Pro Comp 15x10 Street Lock steel rims
Interior
Fully carpeted w/new carpeting & carpet strips, sound deadener/insulation
under carpet
New front floor pans, entire floor is bedlined under carpet/insulation
Diamond plate wheel well covers in back w/2x speakers ea side and
insulation
PRP suspension seats in front w/a Jeep fold and tumble in rear (Mastercraft
trail covers included for front seats)
3 pt seat belts front and rear
Tuffy console w/stereo holder and glove box
Sony Xplode stereo/CD player w/4x speakers
Flaming River tilt column w/Tom’s Bronco Parts steering wheel
Complete Offroad 6 pt family roll cage, customized w/additional spreader
bars/gusseting/hand holds
Wild Horses windshield support rods from cage to windshield frame
Stainless door panels / all new weather stripping in doors / stainless steel

Exterior
New paint in 2007, Dark Blue Ford Metallic
Custom front pre-runner tube bumper, Wild Horses rear bumper w/tire
carrier and jerry can holder (powder coated), w/jerry can and 35” spare
Bronco Ranch rocker guard protectors w/side tubes (powder coated)
Bushwacker fender flares
Rocky Roads fiberglass hood w/hydraulic hood lifts and hood pins
New Rampage soft top w/ tinted rear windows
Fiberglass door inserts included but will have to be installed/finished by
buyer
Axles/Brakes/Steering
D44 front, 3.50 gearing w/open diff, Warn premium hubs and Chevy disk
brake conversion
Ford 9” rear, 3.50 gearing w/open diff, small bearing, stock drum brakes
Power brakes (vacuum) w/Horse Power Sales booster setup, disk/drum
master cylinder and proportioning valve
West Coast Broncos rockcrawler steering box
Bulletproof heim steering linkage (trail proof)
All bushings replaced
What doesn’t work…
Emergency brake…needs extended cables to run to ea rear wheel
The windshield washer capability has been removed…wiring is there but
that’s it
Horn is disconnected right now…it was shorting out in the column so I
unplugged it and pulled the fuse
I added some aux lights to the back of the bronco to supplement the back-
up lights but haven’t hooked the power up to them yet
PM me if interested. I'm out of town right now but do have a few pictures I can send. I'll be back to VA on Thurs and can supply more then. Thanks for looking.
