Talking about the oddball screws that hold the lens to the bucket/reflector, or the sheet metal screws that hold the bucket to the body?

Not sure of either actually, but thought I'd at least bring that up for clarity's sake.

I think the lens screw is a #8 - 18 sheet metal type thread Phillips head at least 1 1/4" long. Maybe 1 1/2" long.

Sounds about right on the size. But the shank is used as a limiter so you don't crack the lens. So the threads are short (about 1/4" maybe?) and the rest of it is larger shank with some twisty/swirly/spirally thingies along it's length.

What about the sheet metal screws that hold the buckets to the body? Anyone know what size those are?

Saw your other question too, but didn't have an answer still.
They're moderately large however, so I'm thinking at least a #10

Guessing you don't have a supply of them in various sizes just laying around your garage waiting for you to try?;D

Luckily this particular location does not strip out as often as some others, so your holes will possibly still accept the original size. Now if someone will just pipe in with that info, you can get 'er done.

Good luck.

They're way bigger than 10's. I just did mine about 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately I brought my old ones with me to ACE to match, but I don't recall the exact size now. Their width is .238 inch on the micrometer so maybe 1/4 inch sheet metal screws? The one on the bottom is #8. The one on the top is the housing screw.

I will try to buy some 1/4” screws and see how they fit. Any idea how long they are?

I bought these from Ace this evening, only needed one but I was so happy to find a match I bought 4 ;) they’re in the S/S sheet metal screw section; hard to tell with all the crud on the old one but thread diameter is a match

Cool. #14's then, eh?
How close were they to something in the 1/4" size? Did you happen to check that out while you were there?

To be honest Paul I was looking for a match, started in the sheet metal screw section, they didn't have anything with fat enough threads, moved on to the stainless section and there they were...I did mic the threads at .240
