Hello all,
Tried to post this yesterday but dont think it worked. Helping my Mom and Step-dad sell their Bronco. They've had people offering them 10g for it but I think it's worth more than that.
It's a 73 Explorer. Southwest vehicle.rusty floorplans from water under the mats. Step dad states windows were cracked open or leaky roof seal and got rained inside and underneath the floor mats.
Cracked windshield, dash, and front seats are worn, drivers side worse off than passenger. Wiper arms need replaced,1 missing.
That's about it for the bad! Around 47,000 on the odometer that works, 302 automatic on the column. Aux fuel tank, has 3:50 gears in it now for mileage, but the original 4:10's come with it as well. Shifts strong. Dual exhaust. The wheels in the photos aren't matched front to rear but he has the matching wheels for it along with the spare tire. ( fronts were switched off his van that had better tread, and yes, they're smaller diameter but he doesn't use the 4wd for that reason)
Door jambs are all excellent. Tailgate as well very clean. Rockers are rust free. Doors open and shut great, body lines are straight. Uncut rear fenders. Has anti rattle kit included, some new carpet in the box, and some weather strip as well.
I drive truck and swing through there basically unannounced so there wasn't time to clean and prep the vehicle for photos. Literally open doors and shoot some pics. Sorry about that. My mom is 81 and step dad 80...not up on the whole smartphone thing.
Appreciate the input in advance. Thanks
