76 Disc Brakes Question

Yes all 76-79 F150/bronco brakes are the same. now there are minor differances in the knuckles (ie tierod size). But otherwise they are the same the calipers are the same on a lot of ford vehicles in fact thunderbird calipers usually have a bigger piston so its a upgrade. I believe the calipers were the same well into the 80's after that I dont know.

Yes, they're the same except for the brake hoses which tended to vary somewhat year by year. The truck calipers use a 3/8-24 banjo bolt and the larger T-bird calipers use a 7/16-20, however the bodies are interchangeable with one another.

My understanding is the brakes are the same but the steering arm geometery is a little different between Bronco and F150. So consumable brake parts (pads, rotors, bearings, seals, spindles) interchange but knuckles are just a little different.
