Welcome. Not trying to be that guy, but "really clean" is relative, "no rust" is a unicorn. If it's not running, why? Is it a base, sport, Ranger, or Special Edition. Nobody can even really give you a vague guestimate without pics inside, outside, underneath, and under the hood.
