77 Rear Tank Filler Neck

Been to long since I took this all apart. What supports the filler neck on the 77 Broncos. Is there supposed to be a bracket that is welded to the filler panel? Would appreciated any pics. Also what are you 77 owners doing when replacing the rubber filler to tank hose?

For the tank hose check BCBronco. The filler neck is held in place by the plastic splash cup that mounts to the inside of the quarter panel.
