Maybe they just changed the design to work with the heavier duty bearing setup, without noting it in their information.
Seems more likely now that you have the measurements that show that your axle is closer in size to the Set-20 than it is to the 514003 bearing. Still tight at .010" from what I know, but a lot closer than .030!

With an axle diameter of 1.5650, a retaining collar with an ID of 1.5312 would be a stretch to fit. Literally!
Even with a .010" interference fit, your 12ton press would struggle I would think. Maybe you can google the tolerances of the proper press fit dimensions, but even without an engineering degree, an interference fit of .0338" looks like too much to me.
So once you have that info you might find that you can go ahead and use your setup as-is after all.

Shame to have to wait until Tuesday of course, but when in doubt, with something like wheel bearings, better to wait than split a bearing!

I have an updated.
I called Broncograveyard and they confirmed the picture was wrong and they now ship 31 spline axels with the SET20 bearings. They also said I need a minimum of a 20 ton press.
I sold my 12 ton press and bought a 20 ton press and barley got the retainer on with heat. I almost destroyed the new 20 ton press getting one on. I decided to slightly die grind the second one to save my new tool and it went on much better.
I should have the new diff installed in a couple days.
I needed to order 1/2 T bolts to hold the new axels in vs the 3/8 that were in my small bearing.

I have a new problem.
My 31 spline axels will not fit into the small bearing 28 spline carrier case. I was running a mini spool in the old case.
I have a 31 spline mini spool and ordered a new open case for 28 or 31 spline axels part number 22238 from the Graveyard. It's the Yukon F900500 case.
Now what carrier bearings do I need?
The Graveyard sells 4 different diamater carrier bearings for 9 inch rears and it has been difficult to contact them.
They don't answer the phones and email can take a day or two. I have 2 weeks to finish this before a wheeling trip in PA.
