Maybe they just changed the design to work with the heavier duty bearing setup, without noting it in their information.
Seems more likely now that you have the measurements that show that your axle is closer in size to the Set-20 than it is to the 514003 bearing. Still tight at .010" from what I know, but a lot closer than .030!
With an axle diameter of 1.5650, a retaining collar with an ID of 1.5312 would be a stretch to fit. Literally!
Even with a .010" interference fit, your 12ton press would struggle I would think. Maybe you can google the tolerances of the proper press fit dimensions, but even without an engineering degree, an interference fit of .0338" looks like too much to me.
So once you have that info you might find that you can go ahead and use your setup as-is after all.
Shame to have to wait until Tuesday of course, but when in doubt, with something like wheel bearings, better to wait than split a bearing!
