I am aiming to build a 9" housing for a 76 Bronco. I need to know the length of the Tubes.

How many Inches of tubing would I need for rear?
AND
How many Inches for front?

I am thinking 24 Inches x 2 for rear
and 24 x 1 and 12 x 1 for the front?

It would depend on the type of housing you're planning to fabricate, as different center sections have different lengths if you're using one of the factory stamped pieces. If you're fabricating one from scratch, then it's just a matter of designing it and figuring out what you need from their to get the overall width you want. Some of the stronger aftermarket housings run longer tubes with more reinforcement and gusseting inside the center housing due to the greater overlap.

With that said, 10 ft of tubing would be more than enough to build a front and rear end for a Bronco unless you're going ridiculously wide. My rear '77 housing has about 12" of tubing showing (weld to weld) per side between the housing end and the broad, gusseted center section of the housing. As for the front, your measurement are close to the factory D44, but again, what housing center section do you intend to run? Old style "round" housing, newer style broad "fishmouth" housing, custom fabricated housing? Do you have a general sketch or drawing of what you want to do?
