A question about front selectible locker

After a lot of searching, thinking etc. I've come down to an OX locker to go in the front of my rig. "Someone" said that the Ox company always has one foot on the bankruptcy line. Is this true? I like the simplicity of the Ox, but don't want to buy something that could be out of business at any time.
Does anyone have any information pro or con about this statement? I don't want to start any false rumors and don't want to take "someone's" off the wall statement as a fact.

Just judging by their website, they seem to have their business well diversified. If I had to guess I'd say they were doing fine.

Hey John,
I also looked at the Ox locker but because of your same question I ended up getting an ARB for the front....

Seems like more are using the ARB with great results..

They are diversified. I know a guy that works for OX. His job is installing small 4 cyl diesel motors in big rigs. It's a system they use while they're stopped so they don't have to run their main engine for heat and electric.
