I can't believe there's all that smoke down here. I'm glad you saved your Bronco and your stuff. I'm happy I bought that cleaning kit for my K & N filter last week. Now if only school would close for a week or so....

looking out the window from my desk at work in Kearny Mesa, there is only a mile or two of visibility through the smoke. Never seen anything like it.

Good work man, youre safe & no one got hurt, thats what matters. I was in a similar situation 2 years ago with the Missionary Ridge fire in Colorado, but thank God the fire only got a half mile from us, its amazing how much stuff you can get into a car in just a little time, adrenaline rocks.
I grew up in Hemet so I have seen my share of fires out there too.
Youre grandkids are gonn get a great story outta this.:)
