Another H4 Headlight conversion question?

I'm on the hunt for a budget H4 headlight setup. I already have the relay wiring for it, just need the lights.

Has anyone tried these? http://www.summitracing.com/parts/RPE-5081125/

Or what's the consensus on what to use? I'm not looking for HID's, just plain old H4's.

they are plastic but i also use the h.i.d. kit that runs cool temps than
h4 bulbs i haves 3 + years exp with them, no problems.

use the ones with the cover over the bulb.

I have these in a VW and they work just fine. I have a set of Hella's in the Bronco and I can't see much difference in light pattern. Only difference.....Hella's are DOT approved, the cheap ones are not. I'd be surprised if Johnny Law ever would catch that though....unless you were running a 100W bulb.
