Any idea, What carb kit do I need? E3UE-EA

I went to 2 stores, they each gave me a Hygrade kit # 1238B is from A & A auto who told me the carb is a 2150 motorcraft. The other parts store gave me Hygrade kit # 151013 just going by the number. Thank You, Slim.
