Any options for the swapping transfer case shifter?

There is also the popular twin-stick option (https://www.wildhorses4x4.com/category/Bronco_Dana_20_Shifters).
But if you want just a single shifter without the t-handle and button, Duff has, or at least used to offer a single T-shift handle with offset arm for better clearance and to work with their floor mounted 3 and 4-speed trans shifters.

You can also make your own knob for the stock arm and remove the push-button's interlock mechanism from the quadrant/shift lock plate/thingy so the stock shifter will just move between the gears without locking.

Tom's makes a single shifter with a knob, similar to the 66 shifter...

I shortened this one about 1.5"
