As space becomes a premium with my 4r trans and 205 t/c, i know i will most likely run everything to passenger's side as a two in to a single at a minimum, but would not mind having two out so i could have dual outlets, what are your thoughts? I have a mild 5.0 with bronco hut headers, with explorer efi

I have dual in/ dual out on my explorer swap. They are dumped over the axle. As I am now occasionaly driving it around town I have nothing bad to say about it. I have a magniflow muffler.

I was having the same problem with the Atlas and 4-link rear. I looked at a buddy's with the same 4-link plus a rear mounted radiator and saw a very complicated exhaust system. Engine builder did not like any ideas I have seen.

Fenderwells solved this (but created other problems that are able to be worked through). Here's pics of mine on mock-up.

I am running a 2 in/2 out Flowmaster 50 series deltaflow. I ran it over the axle and out each side behind the tires. It sounds good and I have no exhaust smell inside the bronco. I am very happy with it so far.

Sorry I don't have an outside the frame picture but do have one from behind showing the exit.

I'm running the stock explorer 5.0 two into one muffler. Actually sounds way better than I thought. I'd even say it sounds good. Driver side crosses under back of oil pan to inside of radius arms then back under the tcase crossmember. Passenger side goes over the crossmember. Both tie into the muffler about a foot behind the crossmember. Then ran down passenger side frame rail past the bump stops then over the frame rail and dumps out under the cut rear quarter, behind the tire. Keeps the fumes out of the cab. Homefabbed routing all the way. Keeping it all on passenger side keeps it away from fuel lines!

that is the routing that will work for me. over to pass side. I figure I will do turn downs and if I don't like those I can run them out the each side
