We have quite a few running around these parts, but I’m not sure who’s that one is.

Nice! I believe the '66 I have built by Tony Ramos was from somewhere in that area.

ps I was curious about the name "Short Pump" and found this -

"Why is it called Short Pump VA?
It was named for the short handled pump that was located beneath the porch of a tavern located there.":)

We have a lot of natural springs in Va where I'm from. My grandparents house has a long handle pump on their well outside next to the kitchen. and next town over my Aunt has a short handle pump on their well in back room inside off the kitchen. Houses are board sided over old log two story, tin roof. There is also a Spring head on side of road between towns where some pull over and fill gal. milk jugs.
