Anyone Installed the James Duff tailgate cable support kit?

Has anyone installed the James Duff tailgate cable support kit? I just got mine in the mail and it doesn't come with any type of instructions. There are also some strange shaped washer parts in the kit. I want to make sure I install it correctly. I attempted to look at the picture on their site, but can not get a good idea of how it all goes together.

Was just looking at those yesterday. Would you mind taking some pics as you figure it out. I'm sure I'm not the only one interested. You could always drop them a line and see if maybe they were just left out.

I am going to try to give them a call tomorrow to try to figure it out. If not I guess old trial and error will be how I do it! I'll post pictures of the installation as well.
