Driving my rig in DC will have me paranoid in a month.

I am installing the locking gas caps, getting the Grant removable steering wheel, have a remote battery disconnect, and am fabbing some Cam style Hood Locks.

Should I also search out a clutch/brake lock? Is it worth it? If they are good, where the heck did they disappear to over time!!!!

Thanks,

Contact Chuck @ BC Broncos. He has the brake line locks in stock and affordable to. I am using one on my 67 in place of the emergency brake, works like a charm. You do not want to use any of the solenoid activated "roll control" locks as the solenoid is not designed to be used for a long period of time. The solenoids will overheat and fail! The lock from Chuck is a manual valve, so nothing to fail and it is designated for use as an emergency brake.

I have the one called brakelock. I think they are at brakelock.com.. Also TSM that advertises rear disc kits in most of the mags has one in their catalog. These are both the style that uses a key to lock all four brakes. Those cam lock hood pins suck. I ran em for a while and got tired of fixing em. Now just have standard hood pins in the holes.
