anyone running those black racing seats from checker?
if so, can i get some pic's and how big of a pain was it to mount it to the floor?

my seats are out of a 98 camaro, i love the adjustability and the way they feel..or should i say felt. i want some new seats and i got some really nice one's out of a pontiac vibe..but they sit a little on the high side even if i cut the stock bracket's off.

so was thinkin about the seats from checker but don't really like that style of seat...

I had a few F-bodies back in the day , you're right , they were nice seats.

Beware deep seats , in my opinion , in a daily driver. Makes it a beeyatch to get in and out of.
Those you linked to don't look to bad though.

my dad got one for his drag car we are building, never sat in it tho..

I saw a blue 70's high boy in south jordan that had 3 of them in it. and a girl owned it...and she even looked cute the few times i saw her! lol

I have the ones from summit, very similar but with a tad more padding the wifes bronco has the checkers ones still very comfortable. Her 78 has about 4 inches of lift and 35's I have 5.5 and 37's she has steps I don't so as you can guess I frequently steel her bronco for short trips cause like hoosierdaddy said it's a real beotch getting in and out all the time.

I have them in mine got them as a birthday gift years ago put them in my mustang then. Now I have a set of pro car seats from summit in the mustang and the others in the bronco they work ok but the covers dont hold up to well. Will try and post a picture later.
