Anyone tried an Ozcool Radiator?

I am looking to buy a new radiator to replace my original for my 1973 w/302. I’m planning on replacing it with a 4-core. While researching options online an Amazon option popped up for $219. It called an Ozcool by Ian parts. It’s all aluminum, 4-core. Has anyone tried it, or even heard about it? Any information is greatly appreciated.

Got a link to it? How thick is it?
Most aluminum radiators are much thicker than their copper counterparts.
So make sure that’s part of your inquiry.

Typical high-performance aluminum radiators only have two cores. We don’t count the cores the same way we used to.
Well, we still count them the same way.🙄 We just don’t specify them the same way for cooling purposes.

Otherwise, sorry. I don’t have information on that particular company or radiator style.

DirtDonk,
Here is the link for the Ozcool. I’m trying to decide between this and the MaxCore Stealth.

My bronco is a 302 with a small stage 3 cam. It stays on the pavement. I just want something to keep it cool. Lately it has been heating up a bit, but not too bad. However, the coolant is starting to get sediment and browned.

amazon: first thing i look at is number of ratings.

anything less than 3 digits is not a good sign.

This has one rating. One. Looking at their store, most other ratings they have for other radiators is 4 out of 5. Thats not really good for something you want to install and fogetabout. n Admitadly, most bad ratings are for the bad fans they supply, but a few are leaks. One guy had a crack and leak, and still gave 5 stars,

It looks like a typical Chinese radiator. If you’re looking for something that will cool great and fit exactly like stock, go with the copper staggered 4-row triple pass radiator that Wild Horses sells. I ran one for several years and never had issues with it. If you’re set on aluminum, Tom’s sells a nice 3-row. Also make sure that you have a good fan and shroud.
