I was looking for a nice cage and have been looking at toms cage and wondered if anyone liked or disliked the kit. It is a self weld kit and read the article written on the instal. And it doesn't look to bad.
Check out Broncobob.com.Bought mine tac'd and marked for assembly. Then they break apart for shipping. Check out my build thread in signature line for pictures.
I have this cage in mine….I really like it. Toms also makes a Bikini top specifically for this cage and its nice as well. You will need the wiper motor lowering bracket.
Just installed the rear part of my cage I bought from Bronco Bob,it's essentially the same cage just cheaper.Everything is notched really nice too, they really did their homework on it too,it fits great, nice foot plates, love it,good luck
I put one in my truck but thankfully I haven't had to "use" it yet. I am happy with it. It installed very nicely and had enough extra on the pieces so I could fit it as needed.
Bought mine from Toms. It went together nicely and all the tubes are long enough to allow you to trim and fit them like bobzilla said. Tied it to the frame and tied the seats in as well.
