Little Help please.... Can anyone tell me what size/weight flex plate to use for the 3spd to aod conversion? What about the engine tranny spacer? Can I reuse the old one... I currently have the stock 302 with a 3spd and a dana 20 twin stick trans case. The aod I bought has the adapter for a NP205 does anyone know the ratio of that t-case. I know lots of questions, just tring to educate myself befor diving in! Thanks in advance, Scott

Providing the engine is still stock…
28 ox-in 164 tooth 11.4 or 3/8 or something in the 11” TC bolt circle flexplate (not the 10 something TC bolt circle
Don’t forget to remove the pilot bushing from the crank as well.
NP205 is a 2:1 low range
The block spacer between engine and trans needs to be changed to the correct one. It indexes the starter correctly.
You will need to change to a starter for an auto as well.
Make sure you get that TV cable (it’s not a kick down cable) hooked up right. Leave it off or hook it up as a kick down and you could lose the transmission before you get around the block.
